Works

The 11" Hi-Hat Controller is fully supported on your 2Box DrumIt 3.

Continuous Open Closed

Wiring: 1× TRS pad → Hi-Hat input + 1× TRS pedal → HH Controller input (1/4" TRS jacks)

Module reads an analog CV hi-hat pedal (variable resistor / hall sensor), which the Lemon pedal provides. Expect open, closed, half-open and splash articulations after pedal calibration.

Cable routing

  1. Connect the hi-hat pad to the Hi-Hat input.
  2. Connect the pedal controller to the HH Controller jack.

Module settings

  1. Use dial to navigate to Hi-Hat trigger settings: Gain, Threshold, Crosstalk, Type, Curve.

Tips

  1. The Lemon pedal will trigger open/closed states.
  2. Half-open and splash articulations are not guaranteed — the module's pedal curve is tuned for 2box's own controller.
  3. Calibrate the hi-hat pedal range (open/closed end-points) in the module settings so variable response tracks the full pedal travel.
