Wiring: 1× TRS (pad) → Hi-Hat branch + 1× TRS (pedal) → HH Ctrl branch on the multi-pin trigger snake
Switch-type (open/closed) hi-hat. The DM-210 has no hi-hat calibration menu; with the Lemon controller the pedal drives open and closed articulations on this module.
Cable routing
- Plug the Lemon hi-hat pad into the HI-HAT branch of the trigger snake.
- Plug the hi-hat control pedal into the HH CTRL branch of the trigger snake.
Module settings
- In drum-kit mode, press the MENU button.
- Use the − / + buttons to select TRIG, then press OK.
- Hit the hi-hat pad to select it as the pad to adjust.
- Press OK to step to SENSITIVITY and THRESHOLD, and use − / + to set each value.
- Press MENU to return — the parameters save automatically.
- For open hi-hat, hit the pad without pressing the pedal; for closed, hit it with the pedal pressed.
Tips
- Half-open and splash nuance aren't available — the module distinguishes only open and closed.
