Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to physical addresses only. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes for oversized items (drum pads, hi-hat systems). Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@lemonedrums.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
