Wiring: 1× TRS pad → HI-HAT lead + 1× pedal → Hi-Hat Control lead (both on the multi-pin pad harness)
The Lemon hi-hat pad connects to the HI-HAT lead and the pedal controller to the Hi-Hat Control lead on the pad harness, delivering reliable open and closed hi-hat.
Cable routing
- Connect the hi-hat pad to the HI-HAT lead on the module's multi-pin pad harness.
- Connect the hi-hat pedal controller to the Hi-Hat Control lead on the harness.
Module settings
- Press [UTILITY], then [MENU] to open Trigger Setup.
- Select the Hi-Hat input (strike the pad or use its Pad Select button).
- Step with [PAGE -/+] and adjust Sensitive, Thresh, Curve, Retrig-C, X-Talk, Splash-S.
Tips
- The dedicated Hi-Hat Control pedal lead gives reliable open and closed detection — open with the pedal up, closed with the pedal pressed.
