- Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Order information: billing and shipping address and phone number when you place an order. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Address autocomplete: when you begin typing your address at checkout, we send the text to the Google Places API to suggest matches. Google receives the partial address and your IP address to provide this service.
- Communications: any information you include when you contact our support team via email.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects pages visited, time on page, browser type, device information, and approximate location (country/region). Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors (see Cookies section below).
- Advertising measurement: we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. When you complete a purchase, we use Google’s “Enhanced Conversions” feature: your browser creates a one-way, irreversible hash (SHA-256) of the email address, phone number, and billing name and address you entered at checkout, and sends those hashed values to Google. The data is hashed in your browser before it is transmitted — Google receives only the hashes and uses them solely to match your purchase to a prior ad interaction. We do not send your raw contact details to Google for advertising.

- Shipping carriers: your name and shipping address to deliver your orders.
- Google: address autocomplete at checkout (Google Places API), site analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising measurement (Google Ads conversion tracking, using the hashed Enhanced Conversions data described above).
