Works

The 11" Hi-Hat Controller is fully supported on your ATV aD5.

Continuous Open Closed

Wiring: 1× TRS pad → Hi-Hat input + 1× TRS pedal → HH Controller input (1/4" TRS jacks)

Full continuous hi-hat control. Compatible with Roland VH-series and Yamaha RHH controllers.

Cable routing

  1. Connect the hi-hat pad to the Hi-Hat input.
  2. Connect the pedal controller to the HH Controller jack.

Module settings

  1. MENU > TRIGGER > select Hi-Hat > Type, Sensitivity, Threshold, Crosstalk, Retrigger, Curve, Scan Time, Mask Time.

Tips

  1. Full variable continuous pedal control is supported (open, half-open, closed).
  2. Compatible with Roland VH-series and Yamaha RHH hi-hat controllers.
