Wiring: 1× TRS → HI-HAT input on the rear panel + 1× TRS (controller) → HH CTRL input on the rear panel

Cable routing
- Connect a ¼″ TRS cable from the hi-hat pad to the HI-HAT input on the rear panel.
- Connect a ¼″ TRS cable from the hi-hat controller to the HH CTRL input on the rear panel.
Module settings
- Press the [TRIGGER] button.
- Press the PAGE [UP] button to access page 1 (TRIG BASIC).
- Press the [F4] (HI-HAT) button to open the TRIGGER HI-HAT screen.
- Use the [-] [+] buttons or the dial to set the Trig Type to VH11.
- Loosen the clutch and set the resting gap by raising or lowering the cymbal on the controller until the hi-hat reads open with your foot off the pedal. Then press [KIT] to return to the DRUM KIT screen.
Tips
- Set the resting gap with the clutch: loosen it, let the cymbal rest on the controller, and raise or lower it until the module's offset reading settles. A Lemon hi-hat has no offset adjustment screw — the clutch is the control.
- Pedal curve is adjustable for fine control over the open-to-closed gradient.
