Return & Refund Policy – Lemon Electronic Drums

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lemon E-Drums purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Please make sure the returned item is in new condition, free from any wear or marks of use, with all original packaging and accessories.
Items that come back worn or marked, damaged, or with missing parts may carry a restocking fee of up to 15%, or may not be eligible for return.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Go to our returns page and enter your order number and the email on your order.
Choose what you’re sending back and why. You’ll see the return shipping cost and your refund before anything is booked.
Confirm, and we’ll email you a prepaid return label for each item.
Pack each item in its original box, attach its label, and drop it off.

Return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. If you bought from us on Amazon, or the returns page can’t find your order, email contact@lemonedrums.com and we’ll help.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at contact@lemonedrums.com. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
