Wiring: 1× TRS → the snare lead on the dedicated connection cable
Dual-zone snare triggering: head (tip) and rim (ring) respond independently via the single TRS connection. Set the snare pad type to PDX8 so rim shots and cross-stick register on a Lemon mesh snare.
Cable routing
- Plug the included dedicated connection cable's snare lead into the Lemon snare pad. Its other end goes to the module's single TRIGGER INPUT connector — each lead is labeled for its pad, and the manual's instruction is simply to "connect the appropriately labeled cable to each pad".
Module settings
- Press the [MENU] button, use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select "PAD", and press the [ENTER] button — the PAD screen appears.
- Strike the snare pad to select it (or hold [ENTER] and press the [▲] [▼] buttons).
- Use the [▲] [▼] buttons to select "Type" and the [-] [+] buttons to set the snare PAD type to "PDX8".
- Select "Sens" (1–32) and "Threshold" (0–31) and adjust each with the [-] [+] buttons if the default response needs tuning.
- Press the [DRUM KIT] button to return to the DRUM KIT screen.
Tips
- Head triggers from the center piezo, rim from a second piezo on the ring.
- Both zones respond independently on the TRS connection (tip = head, ring = rim).
