Yes — the T550 12" Snare works as a full snare on the Efnote 3: head + rim.

Head Rim

Wiring: 1× TRS → the SNARE lead on the MULTI-A breakout cable

The snare input supports dual-zone (head + rim) triggering via the center piezo and the rim piezo.

Connect a 1/4" TRS cable from the snare pad to the SNARE lead on the MULTI-A breakout cable. The EFNOTE 3 sound module has no 1/4" trigger jacks of its own — every pad reaches it through the MULTI-A and MULTI-B breakout cables, which screw into two multi-pin sockets recessed into the bottom of the module (named on Reference Guide p.4; Quickstart Guide p.10 step 1 shows the module turned over to fit them).

Head triggers from the center piezo, rim from a second piezo on the ring.
Both zones respond independently on the TRS connection (tip = head, ring = rim).
The module's third snare zone (Side-Rim) rides a separate SIDE RIM lead on the MULTI-B breakout cable (Quickstart Guide p.11); a Lemon snare drives the SNARE lead only.
