Yes — the T550 12" Snare works as a full snare on the GEWA G9: head + rim.

Head Rim

Wiring: 1× TRS → SNARE input (1/4" TRS jack)

The snare input supports dual-zone (head + rim) triggering via the center piezo and the rim piezo.

Cable routing

Connect a 1/4" TRS cable from the snare pad to the SNARE input on the rear panel.

Module settings

Tap the [Advanced] button and open Trigger Settings mode.
In the Input Channels list, select the Snare; tap its component icon (Head or Rim) in the Trigger Selection panel.
In the Trigger Settings panel, adjust the parameters — Gain, Threshold, High Level, Scan Time, Retrigger Mask, X-Talk, Dyn Time, Dyn Level.
In the Advanced Settings panel, set the Trigger Type to Dual for the head and the rim component to Piezo — p.96: "For pads with 2 piezos for triggering Head and Rim, choose Dual for the Head and Piezo for the Rim."

Tips

Head triggers from the center piezo, rim from a second piezo mounted under the head.
Both zones share the one TRS connection (tip = head, ring = rim).
On an input that reads head and rim, if the wrong zone plays, tune the module's head/rim settings for this pad's size; values set for a different-size pad may not carry over.
