The snare input supports dual-zone (head + rim) triggering via the center piezo and the rim piezo.

- Connect a 1/4" TRS cable from the snare pad to the SNARE input on the rear panel — Pearl captions that figure "Rear Panel (where all Mimic PRO connections are made)" (User Manual p.9).
Module settings
- Set the snare input's trigger gain and threshold from the Pearl Mimic Pro's own trigger menu — see the Pearl Mimic Pro manual for the exact menu path and parameter names.
Tips
- Head triggers from the center piezo, rim from a second piezo mounted under the head.
- Both zones share the one TRS connection (tip = head, ring = rim).
- On an input that reads head and rim, if the wrong zone plays, tune the module's head/rim settings for this pad's size; values set for a different-size pad may not carry over.
