Head
Rim
Wiring: 1× TRS → SD (Snare) on the multi-pin trigger snake
The Snare trigger slot is dual-zone (head + rim), with independent Head Sensitivity, Rim Sensitivity, Head Threshold, and Rim Threshold. Snare articulations are Head, Rimshot, Rim Click, and XStick.
Cable routing
- Connect the snare pad's 1/4" TRS lead to the SD (Snare) trigger on the rear-panel snake.
Module settings
- Press the Kit button, then tap Trigger on the left edge to open Trigger Mode.
- Tap Hit Select and strike the snare to select the SD slot (or tap SD in the meter row).
- Load a dual-zone drum preset from the Library, then open Tweaks to set Head Sensitivity, Rim Sensitivity, Head Threshold, and Rim Threshold to taste.
Tips
- Head triggers from the center piezo; rimshot, rim click, and cross-stick come from the rim sensor on the TRS ring.
- If rimshots and rim clicks need rebalancing, open Advanced and adjust Rim Balance (-64 to 63).
