Continuous Open Closed

Wiring: 1× TRS pad + pedal → Hi-Hat input (1/4" TRS jack)

Pedal may support continuous control but this is not confirmed in the manual. Conservative assessment.

Cable routing

  1. Connect the hi-hat pad to the Hi-Hat input jack.

Module settings

  1. MENU > SENSITIVITY > select Hi-Hat > PS, RS, THRESH, XTALK, RETRIG, VOLUME.

Tips

  1. The manual is ambiguous about pedal type. Continuous control is possible given the price point but not confirmed.
  2. Open and closed positions are supported at minimum.
