The Lemon hi-hat controller uses the Roland VH/FD convention, not documented for continuous CV here — so with the Lemon controller, treat hi-hat as open/closed.

- Secure the DB-25 cable snake to the port on the bottom of the module, then plug the hi-hat trigger on the snake into the hi-hat pad.
- Plug the hi-hat pedal lead on the cable snake into the hi-hat controller.
Module settings
- Press Trigger to enter the trigger interface page, then hit the Hi-Hat pad to select it.
- Adjust Head Sensitivity and Threshold for the pad.
- Press F3-Save to keep the settings — otherwise they are lost when you power off the module.
