T550 12" Kick on Alesis Strike Pro

Wiring, module settings, and tips for the T550 12" Kick when used with the Alesis Strike Pro.

Yes — the T550 12" Kick works as a full kick on the Alesis Strike Pro: single zone.

Trigger

Wiring: 1× TS or TRS → KICK input (1/4" TRS jack)

Single-zone kick trigger. Only the head zone is active.

Connect a 1/4" TS or TRS cable from the kick pad to the KICK input on the rear panel.

Press Edit > Triggers (button 19) to enter Trigger Mode.
Turn Note Chase (button 12) on and strike the kick to select its trigger (or cursor to the Trig field and turn the data dial).
Use the cursors to select a parameter, then the data dial to set Sensitivity (00-99), Threshold (00-99), and Curve to taste.

Single-zone operation — only the head zone is active.
A TS cable is sufficient for single-zone kick pads; TRS also works (ring is unused).
