T550 12" Kick on Simmons Titan 70

Wiring, module settings, and tips for the T550 12" Kick when used with the Simmons Titan 70.

Yes — the T550 12" Kick works as a full kick on the Simmons Titan 70: single zone.

Trigger

Wiring: 1× TS or TRS → KICK connector on the DB-25 cable harness

Single-zone kick trigger via the cable harness. Only the head zone is active.

Connect a 1/4" TS or TRS cable from the kick pad to the KICK connector on the DB-25 cable harness.

Press the SETUP button, then strike the kick pad to select it (the LED at the right of the display shows which input is selected).
Press SETUP repeatedly to step through Sens, Retrigger, Threshold, Curve, and X-Talk for that input.

Single-zone operation — only the head zone is active.
A TS cable is sufficient for single-zone kick pads; TRS also works (ring is unused).
