Yes — the T950 13"x5" Snare Drum works as a full snare on the Simmons Titan 75: head + rim.

Head Rim

Wiring: 1× TRS → the "To Snare" branch of the multi-pin cable harness

The snare input is dual-zone (head + rim): the module's own note defaults list Snare – Center and Snare – Rim as separate MIDI notes.

Connect a 1/4" TRS cable from the snare pad to the branch of the multi-pin cable harness labeled "To Snare".

Press the SETUP button, then strike the snare pad to select it — use the LEDs to the right side of the display to see which pad is selected for editing.
Press SETUP repeatedly to step through Sens, Retrigger, Threshold, Curve, and X-Talk for that input.
Press SETUP until you reach Ratio and turn it up to make the rimshot more sensitive — the manual documents this parameter as working on the snare as well as the toms.

Head triggers from the center piezo, rim from a second piezo on the ring.
Both zones respond independently on the TRS connection (tip = head, ring = rim).
