Wiring, module settings, and tips for the T950 13"x5" Snare Drum when used with the GEWA G3.

Yes — the T950 13"x5" Snare Drum works as a full snare on the GEWA G3: head + rim.

Head Rim

Wiring: 1× TRS → SNARE input (1/4" TRS jack)

The snare input supports dual-zone (head + rim) triggering via the center piezo and the rim piezo.

Connect a 1/4" TRS cable from the snare pad to the SNARE input on the rear panel.

Press the [TRIGGER SET.] button to enter Trigger Set mode.
Turn the dial [5] [<INPUT>] to select the SNARE input (the active input shows as a highlighted letter).
Press [F1] "Settings".
Turn the dial [6] [<ZONE>] to choose the zone (HEAD or RIM).
Turn the dial [5] to Gain and set it with the dial [7] so your hardest stroke reaches full velocity, then do the same for Threshold so light knocks are ignored.

Head triggers from the center piezo, rim from a second piezo on the ring.
Both zones respond independently on the TRS connection (tip = head, ring = rim).
