Setup details by role
Snare pad 2-zone SNARE connector on the DB-25 cable snake → snare pad
The snare input on the cable snake supports dual-zone (head + rim) triggering via the center piezo and the rim piezo.
Tom pad 2-zone TOM1, TOM2, TOM3 connectors on the DB-25 cable snake → one per tom pad
The tom inputs on the cable snake support dual-zone (head + rim) triggering via the center piezo and the rim piezo.
Kick pad Works KICK connector on the DB-25 cable snake → kick pad
Single-zone kick trigger via the cable snake. Only the head zone is active.
2-zone crash 2-zone Crash 1 on the DB-25 cable snake → cymbal, or 1× TRS → the rear-panel Crash 2 Trigger Input
A DB-25 cable snake plus two rear-panel ¼″ TRS trigger inputs, Crash 2 and Tom 4. Updated DM10 platform. Bow and edge read independently over the one lead; the edge zone is tuned with Rim Sens.
3-zone ride 2-zone RIDE connector on the DB-25 cable snake → Ride 1 (bow/edge)
Plug the RIDE connector into the Lemon ride's Ride 1 output for bow + edge — no cymbal modification.
Hi-hat Open/Closed Hi-hat trigger → hi-hat pad + hi-hat pedal lead → hi-hat controller, both on the cable snake
The Lemon hi-hat controller uses the Roland VH/FD convention, not documented for continuous CV here — so with the Lemon controller, treat hi-hat as open/closed.
