Wiring: 1× TRS → Crash 1 (Trigger Input 10) or Crash 2 (Trigger Input 11) input
12 individual ¼″ TRS jacks on the rear panel (no cable snake). Set input type to Switch for dual-zone cymbals.
Cable routing
- Connect a ¼″ TRS cable from the cymbal to the Crash 1 (Trigger Input 10) or Crash 2 (Trigger Input 11) input on the rear panel.
Module settings
- Go to Ext. Trig Menu. Select the Crash input.
- Set Piezo/Switch type to Switch for dual-zone cymbals.
- Adjust Sensitivity and Threshold to taste.
Tips
- The DM10 has 12 numbered trigger inputs — Crash 1 is Input 10, Crash 2 is Input 11.
- Switch mode is required for the edge zone to function correctly.
