The 9" Dual-Zone Splash is fully supported on your Simmons Titan 50.

Bow Edge

Wiring: 1× TRS → Crash input (via DB-25 cable harness)

Stock cymbals are single-zone. The module accepts dual-zone TRS pads on the Crash input but edge sensitivity may be limited.

Cable routing

  1. Connect via the DB-25 cable harness to the Crash input.
  2. The Titan 50 uses a DB-25 multi-pin cable harness for all pad connections.

Module settings

  1. MENU > TRIGGER > select pad > adjust Sensitivity, Threshold, Crosstalk, Rim Sensitivity.

Tips

  1. Stock cymbals are single-zone — dual-zone behavior depends on the replacement pad.
  2. Edge sensitivity may be limited compared to modules with dedicated dual-zone cymbal support.
