The 15" Triple-Zone Crash/Ride is fully supported on your Simmons SD1250.

Bow Edge

Wiring: 1× TRS → Crash input (via cable harness) or AUX expansion jack (1/4" TRS)

Dual-zone cymbal (bow+edge) confirmed. Choke supported on crash.

Cable routing

  1. Connect to the Crash input via cable harness, or use one of the 2 AUX expansion jacks (1/4" TRS) on the module.
  2. The SD1250 has a cable harness plus 2 additional AUX expansion jacks.

Module settings

  1. MENU > TRIGGER SET > select pad > Sensitivity (1-32), Threshold, Crosstalk, Retrigger, Curve (1-4).

Tips

  1. Dual-zone bow and edge triggering is confirmed.
  2. Choke is supported on the crash input.
