Wiring, module settings, and tips for the T550 8" High Tom when used with the NUX DM-8.

Yes — the T550 8" High Tom works as a full tom on the NUX DM-8: head + rim.

Head Rim

Wiring: 1× TRS per tom → Tom 1 / Tom 2 / Tom 3 branch on the multi-pin trigger snake

Dual-zone toms: head and rim respond independently over one TRS connection per tom. The two TRIGGER IN jacks on the module's top panel can host extra toms.

Cable routing

Plug each Lemon tom into the labeled TOM 1, TOM 2, or TOM 3 branch of the trigger snake.
Extra toms can use the TRIGGER IN 1 / 2 jacks on the module's top panel.

Module settings

Press MENU > TRIGGER and hit a tom to select it.
Tune SENSITIVITY / THRESHOLD for the head and RIM GAIN / HEAD RIM ADJUST for the rim.

Tips

Head and rim respond independently on the single TRS cable.
