Setup — T950 10"x5" High Tom on GEWA G3

Works

The T950 10"x5" High Tom is fully supported on your GEWA G3.

Head Rim

Wiring: 1× TRS per tom → TOM1, TOM2, TOM3 connectors on the DB-25 cable snake

The tom inputs on the cable snake support dual-zone (head + rim) triggering via center piezo and rim switch.

Cable routing

  1. Connect a 1/4" TRS cable from each tom pad to the TOM1, TOM2, or TOM3 connector on the DB-25 cable snake.
  2. Additional tom inputs may be available as direct jacks on the rear panel.

Module settings

  1. [TRIGGER SET] button > SETTINGS > SETUP.
  2. Trigger display shows inputs as: [K S T T T R H C A A].
  3. Navigate to T (Tom) inputs and adjust parameters like Sensitivity, Threshold, and Curve.

Tips

  1. Head triggers from the center piezo, rim triggers from the rim switch.
  2. Both zones respond independently on the TRS connection (tip = head, ring = rim).
