T950 20"x12" Kick Drum on Audiofront eDRUMin

Wiring, module settings, and tips for the T950 20"x12" Kick Drum when used with the Audiofront eDRUMin.

Setup — T950 20"x12" Kick Drum on Audiofront eDRUMin

Works

The T950 20"x12" Kick Drum is fully supported on your Audiofront eDRUMin.

Trigger

Wiring: 1× TS or TRS → any eDRUMin input (1/4" TRS jack)

All inputs are universal and configurable. Single-zone kick trigger.

Cable routing

  1. Connect the kick pad to any available eDRUMin input using a standard 1/4" TS or TRS cable.
  2. Models: eDRUMin 4 (4 inputs + 1 pedal), eDRUMin 8 (8 + 1 pedal), eDRUMin 10 (10 + 2 pedals). All inputs are universal.

Module settings

  1. Open the eDRUMin Control Application (desktop or iOS) > select input > Trigger Editor.
  2. Set Pad Type to Single Zone or Kick.
  3. Adjust: Gain, Thresh, Scan, Hold, Decay, Crosstalk, Velocity Curves.

Tips

  1. The eDRUMin is a MIDI trigger interface — it converts pad signals to MIDI for a DAW, VST, or external sound module.
  2. Single-zone operation — only the head zone is active.
  3. A TS cable is sufficient for single-zone kick pads; TRS also works (ring is unused).
