The 13" Triple-Zone Crash/Ride is fully supported on your Alesis Nitro Ultimate.

Wiring: 1× TRS → Crash 1 connector on the cable snake, or 1× TRS → Crash 2 / CYM 2 jack on the rear panel

Nitro platform variant with cable snake and rear panel jacks. Crash 1 on the cable snake supports TRS 2-zone operation.

Cable routing

  1. Connect a ¼″ TRS cable from the cymbal to the Crash 1 connector on the cable snake.
  2. Alternative: Connect a ¼″ TRS cable from the cymbal to the Crash 2 / CYM 2 jack on the rear panel.

Module settings

  1. Go to Utility → Trigger settings. Select the Crash input.
  2. Adjust SEN (Sensitivity), THR (Threshold), and CUR (Curve).

Tips

  1. R-S (Rim Sensitivity) controls edge zone response.
  2. CRO (Crosstalk) helps reduce false triggers from nearby pads.
