13" Triple-Zone Crash/Ride on NUX DM-110

Wiring, module settings, and tips for the 13" Triple-Zone Crash/Ride when used with the NUX DM-110.

Setup — 13" Triple-Zone Crash/Ride on NUX DM-110

Works

Yes — the 13" Triple-Zone Crash/Ride works as a full 2-zone crash on the NUX DM-110: bow + edge.

Bow Edge

Wiring: Crash branch on the multi-pin trigger snake → cymbal, or 1× TRS → the module's TRIGGER jack

Dual-zone crash: bow and edge respond independently. The DM-110 has one crash branch on the trigger cable (plus separate hi-hat and ride branches), and a TRIGGER jack on the module for an added cymbal.

Cable routing

  1. Plug the labeled CRASH branch of the trigger snake into the Lemon crash.
  2. Connect a second cymbal to the module's TRIGGER jack with a 1/4" TRS cable.

Module settings

  1. The DM-110 has no on-module trigger menu — the crash input uses fixed factory trigger settings.
  2. Press the − and + buttons to select a drum-kit sound.

Tips

  1. Bow and edge sound their assigned voices.
13" Triple-Zone Crash/Ride also fits 76 other drum modules — see setup
