The 15" Dual-Zone China is fully supported on your Audiofront eDRUMin.

Wiring: 1× TRS → any eDRUMin input (1/4" TRS jack)

All inputs are universal and configurable. Supports dual-zone cymbals from any manufacturer.

Cable routing

  1. Connect the cymbal pad to any available eDRUMin input using a standard 1/4" TRS cable.
  2. Models: eDRUMin 4 (4 inputs + 1 pedal), eDRUMin 8 (8 + 1 pedal), eDRUMin 10 (10 + 2 pedals). All inputs are universal.

Module settings

  1. Open the eDRUMin Control Application (desktop or iOS) > select input > Trigger Editor.
  2. Set Pad Type to Dual Zone Cymbal or Metal Dual Zone.
  3. Adjust: Gain, Thresh, Scan, Hold, Decay, Rimshot Range, Edge Sense, Crosstalk, Velocity Curves.

Tips

  1. The eDRUMin is a MIDI trigger interface — it converts pad signals to MIDI for a DAW, VST, or external sound module.
  2. Brand-agnostic: works with Roland, Yamaha, Alesis, and third-party pads.
  3. Choke is fully supported.
  4. Cymbal types available: Dual Zone Cymbal, Metal Dual Zone.
