The 15" Dual-Zone China is fully supported on your Pearl Mimic Pro.

Bow Edge

Wiring: 1× TRS → Crash1 or Crash2 input (1/4" TRS jack)

Full dual-zone cymbal support with bow and edge. Choke supported.

Cable routing

  1. Connect to the Crash1 or Crash2 input using a standard 1/4" TRS cable.
  2. The Mimic Pro has 15+ individual 1/4" TRS jacks: Kick, Snare, Tom1-4, Hi-Hat, Crash1, Crash2, Ride 1, Aux1-5, HH Controller.

Module settings

  1. HOME > TRIGGER > Trigger Settings > select pad.
  2. Tabs: Trigger, Kit Instr Assign, Zone Volume, Velo Curve.
  3. Per-pad: Input Settings (Gain 0-17), Advanced (Threshold, Detect Time, Retrigger Cancel, Mask Time).
  4. Trigger Pad Presets available: R-CY-12C, R-CY-14C, R-CY8, Crash Pad.

Tips

  1. Bow and edge trigger independently.
  2. Choke and muting are fully supported.
  3. Use Trigger Pad Presets for quick cymbal configuration.
