The 15" Dual-Zone China is fully supported on your Alesis DM10 MKII.

Bow Edge

Wiring: 1× TRS → Crash 1 or Crash 2 input

Individual ¼″ TRS jacks on the rear panel (no cable snake). Updated DM10 platform. Set input type to Switch for dual-zone cymbals.

Cable routing

  1. Connect a ¼″ TRS cable from the cymbal to the Crash 1 or Crash 2 input on the rear panel.

Module settings

  1. Go to Ext. Trig Menu. Select the Crash input.
  2. Set Piezo/Switch type to Switch for dual-zone cymbals.
  3. Adjust Sensitivity and Threshold to taste.

Tips

  1. Switch mode is required for the edge zone to function correctly.
  2. The DM10 MKII retains the same trigger architecture as the original DM10.
