Wiring: The CRASH1 lead of the multi-pin cable harness → cymbal, or 1× TRS → the Crash 2 jack on the right side panel
Dual-zone cymbal triggering confirmed. Manual lists Crash as Dual zone (p.5). Stock crash is a Dual Zone 12" Cymbal with choke support.
Crash setup and troubleshooting guide ›Cable routing
- Plug the CRASH1 lead of the multi-pin cable harness into the cymbal pad, or connect a 1/4" TRS cable from the cymbal pad to the Crash 2 stereo 1/4" input on the module's right side panel.
Module settings
- Utility > Trigger > select Crash > adjust Sensitivity, Threshold, Curve, Retrigger, Crosstalk.
Tips
- Both crash inputs read bow and edge.
- The manual documents choke on the crash input — grabbing the edge of the cymbal stops it ringing.
