Works

The 11" Dual-Zone Splash/Crash is fully supported on your GEWA G5.

Bow Edge

Wiring: 1× TRS → Crash or AUX input (1/4" TRS jack)

Full dual-zone cymbal support with bow and edge. Same architecture as G3.

Cable routing

  1. Connect to the Crash input or an AUX input using a standard 1/4" TRS cable.
  2. The G5 shares the same input architecture as the G3 with individual jacks plus DB-25.

Module settings

  1. [TRIGGER SET] button > SETTINGS > SETUP.
  2. Trigger display shows inputs as: [K S T T T R H C A A].

Tips

  1. Dual-zone bow and edge triggering is fully supported.
  2. Choke detection is available.
