11" Dual-Zone Splash/Crash on NUX DM-210
Setup — 11" Dual-Zone Splash/Crash on NUX DM-210
WorksYes — the 11" Dual-Zone Splash/Crash works as a full 2-zone crash on the NUX DM-210: bow + edge.
Bow
Edge
Wiring: 1× TRS → Crash branch on the multi-pin trigger snake, or the rear-panel CYMBAL expansion jack
Dual-zone crash: bow and edge respond independently over one TRS. The DM-210 has one crash branch on the snake plus a dedicated CYMBAL expansion jack for an added cymbal.
Cable routing
- Plug the Lemon crash into the CRASH branch of the trigger snake.
- For a second cymbal, use the rear-panel CYMBAL (1/4" TRS) expansion jack.
Module settings
- In drum-kit mode, press the MENU button.
- Use the − / + buttons to select TRIG, then press OK.
- Hit the crash to select it as the pad to adjust.
- Press OK to step to each parameter and use − / + to set the value.
- Set SENSITIVITY and THRESHOLD for the bow, and RIM GAIN for the edge zone.
- If a nearby pad cross-triggers the crash, raise XTALK CANCEL.
- Press MENU to return — the parameters save automatically.
Tips
- Bow and edge respond independently.
- XTALK CANCEL helps if a nearby pad cross-triggers the cymbal.
