Yes — the T950 13"x13" Floor Tom works as a full tom on the Simmons Titan 75: head + rim.

Head Rim

Wiring: 1× TRS per tom → the "To Tom 1"–"To Tom 4" branches of the multi-pin cable harness

Four dual-zone tom inputs (head + rim), each with its own head and rim MIDI note. The rim only reads once that input's Tom Type is set to Dual.

Connect a 1/4" TRS cable from each tom pad to the "To Tom 1", "To Tom 2", "To Tom 3" or "To Tom 4" branch of the multi-pin cable harness.

Press the SETUP button, then strike the tom pad to select it — use the LEDs to the right side of the display to see which pad is selected for editing.
Press SETUP repeatedly to reach Tom Type and set it to "Dual" — this is what turns the rim on. Leave the third option, "Split", alone: it splits the one TRS cable into a pair of TS cables for two separate single-zone tom pads, and no rim reads in that mode.
Press SETUP repeatedly to step through Sens, Retrigger, Threshold, Curve, and X-Talk for that input.
Set Ratio to balance the rim zone against the head — the manual describes it as the balance between the center and rim zones.

Head triggers from the center piezo, rim from a second piezo on the ring.
Both zones respond independently on the TRS connection (tip = head, ring = rim).
