Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lemon E-Drums purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% or may not be eligible for return.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@lemonedrums.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at contact@lemonedrums.com. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
