Warranty Coverage

All Lemon E-Drums products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in electronic components (trigger sensors, wiring, connectors).
  • Structural defects in cymbal, pad, or hi-hat housings.
  • Premature failure of playing surfaces under normal playing conditions.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification (including unauthorized repairs).
  • Normal wear and tear (playing surface wear, cymbal felts, cable strain relief).
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function (scratches, scuffs).
  • Damage caused by using incompatible hardware or power supplies.
  • Products not purchased directly from lemonedrums.com.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email contact@lemonedrums.com with your order number, product name, and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video are helpful.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with troubleshooting steps or a return authorization.
  3. If the product is confirmed defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost. We cover return shipping for warranty claims.

Warranty Repairs and Replacements

At our discretion, we may repair the defective product, replace it with an identical or equivalent item, or issue a refund. Replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. Please keep your order confirmation for your records.
